The Model 161 series differential pressure sensor/transmitter features a capacitive pressure sensor as its core component. This sensor consists of a stainless steel diaphragm and a fixed electrode, forming a capacitor whose capacitance varies with applied pressure. Utilizing the company's specially patented technology, the sensor and its unique detection circuit are meticulously designed to ensure excellent temperature performance and long-term stability.
The Model 161 differential pressure sensor/transmitter is capable of measuring differential or gauge pressure. It offers standard output options of 0–5V, 0–10V, and 4–20mA, with other outputs available upon customization. At room temperature, the accuracy of Model 161 can reach ±1.0%FS, 0.4%FS, or 0.25%FS. The device supports a temperature compensation range of 4 °C to 77 °C, with a temperature effect of less than ±0.05%FS/°C.
